applications. The MegaRAID® SAS 9286-8e SAS and SATA RAID controller meets the
high I/O transaction demands of datacenter and enterprise applications such as
databases. A low-profile design allows even workstations and compact servers to
connect to external JBOD disk arrays while meeting footprint and density needs.
- Connect up to 240 SATA or SAS drives with eight external 6Gb/s SATA and
SAS ports
- Fit into workstations, compact and rack-mounted servers
- Bandwidth to support critical applications and Solid State Drive arrays
with PCIe® 3.0 connectivity
- Balance protection and performance for critical applications with RAID
levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60
- Add more protection and peace of mind with options including
heat-tolerant battery backup modules
