AUC (gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb ROC) l\u00e0 khu v\u1ef1c d\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng cong v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng trong ph\u00e2n t\u00edch ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh. V\u1ec1 c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n, gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb AUC c\u00e0ng cao (gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb c\u00e0ng g\u1ea7n b\u1eb1ng 1) th\u00ec \u0111\u1ed9 ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c c\u1ee7a m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh c\u00e0ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem x\u00e9t. C\u00e1c m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh d\u1ef1 b\u00e1o nguy c\u01a1 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n c\u1ee7a b\u00e1c s\u0129. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y trong nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u v\u1ec1 nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng huy\u1ebft, nh\u01b0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n \u1edf s\u1ef1 gia t\u0103ng gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb AUC. C\u00f3 nh\u1eefng tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p kh\u00e1c m\u00e0 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n c\u1ee7a b\u00e1c s\u0129 l\u00e0 k\u00e9m chu\u1ea9n x\u00e1c. V\u00ed d\u1ee5, c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 ung th\u01b0 h\u1ecdc \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ghi nh\u1eadn ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed9 ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c 20% khi d\u1ef1 \u0111o\u00e1n s\u1ef1 s\u1ed1ng c\u00f2n c\u1ee7a b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n b\u1ecb b\u1ec7nh nan y.<\/p>\n<h3>X\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng nh\u00f3m thu\u1ea7n t\u1eadp &#8211; cohort:<\/h3>\n<h4>C\u01a1 h\u1ed9i v\u00e0 th\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c trong vi\u1ec7c t\u1eadn d\u1ee5ng d\u1eef li\u1ec7u h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed trong ung th\u01b0 h\u1ecdc.<\/h4>\n<p>Vi\u1ec7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng th\u00f4ng tin k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt s\u1ed1 v\u00e0 h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 y t\u1ebf \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed (EHRs) ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng gia t\u0103ng \u0111ang mang l\u1ea1i kho &#8220;D\u1eef li\u1ec7u l\u1edbn &#8211; Big Data&#8221; cho ng\u00e0nh y t\u1ebf v\u00e0 ch\u0103m s\u00f3c s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe. D\u1eef li\u1ec7u r\u1ea5t d\u1ec5 truy c\u1eadp v\u00e0 tr\u00edch xu\u1ea5t n\u1ebfu n\u00f3 \u1edf \u0111\u1ecbnh d\u1ea1ng c\u00f3 c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac. \u0110\u00e2y kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p cho d\u1eef li\u1ec7u phi c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac, kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nh\u1eadp theo \u0111\u1ecbnh d\u1ea1ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c l\u1eadp tr\u01b0\u1edbc. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 EHR b\u1ecb h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf v\u00ec c\u00e1c th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ho\u1eb7c thi\u1ebfu ho\u1eb7c \u1edf d\u1ea1ng v\u0103n b\u1ea3n t\u1ef1 do.<\/p>\n<p>M\u1ed9t nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u v\u1ec1 ung th\u01b0 ph\u1ed5i t\u1ebf b\u00e0o kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ecf (<span style=\"color: #333333;\">non-small cell lung cancer<\/span> &#8211; NSCLS) \u0111\u00e3 minh ch\u1ee9ng vi\u1ec7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng d\u1eef li\u1ec7u c\u00f3 c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac v\u00e0 phi c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac. S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u1ea3 hai lo\u1ea1i d\u1eef li\u1ec7u, 8324 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u00e0 c\u00f3 NSCLC. Trong s\u1ed1 8324 \u0111\u00f3, ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 2472 ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y trong nh\u00f3m thu\u1ea7n t\u1eadp \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ea1o th\u00e0nh b\u1edfi d\u1eef li\u1ec7u c\u00f3 c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac. Ngo\u00e0i ra, 1090 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n c\u0169ng s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh v\u00e0o n\u1ebfu ch\u1ec9 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng d\u1eef li\u1ec7u c\u00f3 c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac. 1090 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cho l\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi c\u00e1c th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 c\u1ee7a nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u.
